Shortly after Jørn Seglem became the new CEO of Skill Communicate, it has now been confirmed that Marius Andersen will be the new CFO in the new Group Management.
Marius Andersen comes from a position as Group CFO in InfoCare Group, a company that has experienced enormous growth and solid profitability over the past five years. Prior to this, Andersen was employed at Tietoevry, where he worked closely with the company's active growth strategy in the Nordic region.
I have had a fantastic time at InfoCare, where I have had the opportunity to be part of an incredibly exciting journey of change. The company is now delivering a solid bottom line and growth in the Nordics, and it feels satisfying to leave the company in this state. When I was introduced to the companies and the clear growth strategy in Skill Communicate, this was something I could not say no to. I look forward to taking on this unique opportunity, says Andersen.
Jørn Seglem started as CEO on 1 May. Marius Andersen will be a new and important employee to deliver on the business's great ambitions for employees and customers.
We have now gathered five companies, each of which has dedicated employees and leading expertise in rapid digital development. With our most important asset, namely the employees, strongly represented, also on the ownership side, we ensure a common view of increased growth in the future, says Seglem. In addition, the companies have very close ties with customers. Overall, it prepares us for both future growth, synergies, and increased profitability. Marius will help us build the next generation IT company that takes the lead in getting value from technology to customers.
Marius Andersen will join the new Group Management at Skill Communicate in August. The newly merged companies deliver holistically across Microsoft's technology platform.
I have been close to many strategic acquisitions and mergers in the IT industry in the Nordic region over the past 10 years. The companies that have now become Skill Communicate appear to be very forward-looking and seem ready to take a leading position in the future. I look forward to familiarizing myself with the business's strategies and getting to know the talented colleagues, Andersen concludes.
