Evidi continues its growth journey and strengthens its presence in the construction industry with the appointment of Kristiane Grøtvedt. With Grøtvedt on board, Evidi intensifies its efforts to become a leading digitization partner for a broader customer group. Grøtvedt comes from Microsoft, where she has worked focused on the industry for the past 3 years and has a wide network.
Evidi is seeking to expand its commitment and strengthen its added value to customers and partners in the construction industry. Kristiane's experience will be a valuable contribution to creating growth, collaboration, and partnership in the industry.
After working focused towards the industry for the past 3 years, I have fallen completely in love. I have allowed myself to be completely immersed in this universe, which has countless good initiatives and impressive openness to collaboration between different actors, including users, start-up and proptech environments, research groups and educational institutions. I look forward to bringing Evidi into the environment as a support player and a reliable partner. I am passionate about creating new business models and optimizing processes and tasks using digital tools at all levels of a business.
CEO of Evidi, Jørn Seglem, is looking forward to having Grøtvedt on board and believes that she will be an important capacity in the continuous growth of the business. Seglem particularly emphasizes Grøtvedt's industry experience and passionate commitment to the industry, which is in line with what the business stands for and represents by being a committed specialist.
Grøtvedt's passionate commitment and curiosity to optimize processes and combine new and existing solutions with customers and partners makes her a valuable resource which we are incredibly proud to have on board. She creates trust and has a good understanding of the industry and will undoubtedly increase growth in Evidi, says Seglem.
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Evidi, Lars Yngvar Tømmerholt, says that Evidi sees a clear demand from customers and partners for a holistic partner. The speed and complexity of the digital landscape makes them want partners who truly understand the industry, the business and can see the whole of the technology landscape.
This also applies to the construction industry, which is experiencing increasing pressure and tighter margins. Now is the time to think differently and take the step to be ready for the future. With her experience, passion for the industry and ability to be a good advisor in technology and business strategy, Kristiane is a good support for our commitment to the industry.
Evidi is a major player within Microsoft Dynamics 365, with large environments both on Business Central, Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement. Grøtvedt will work focused on the construction industry, but also contribute to further growth linked to our ERP initiative.
For us to contribute value to customers and partners, we must think holistically throughout the value chain - from architecture and freeing up data from core systems to flexibility and speed, so that we prepare for innovation, emphasizes Tømmerholt. Grøtvedt's previous experience from the ERP area and especially the Dynamics 365 F&O environment will be a strong contribution to our efforts in this area.
I look forward to combining experience, network and industry expertise in an industry that is close to my heart. As well as getting to know my new colleagues better and building on the value creation that Evidi contributes to - what an exciting journey! I am sure that together we will challenge the market, collaborate with many new players and contribute to both existing and new customers, as well as the industry in general, developing in the right direction, concludes Grøtvedt.
