Evidi continues its growth journey and invests in the Grenland area with the hiring of Jan Erik Laagasken. From October 1, Laagasken will join as the leader of Evidi Grenland and strengthen Evidi's local presence in the region. With nearly 30 years of experience from the IT industry, Jan Erik is a well-known profile in the local business community. He has been involved in the development of several local IT companies with significant revenue growth.
Grenland is an area with great industrial significance and impressive innovation. Google is establishing itself and building what could become one of the world's largest data centers. The area is known for process industry, carbon capture and leads the way in the green transition with green hydrogen and industrial production.
Laagasken's experience will be a valuable contribution to creating growth, collaboration and partnerships in a region with an exciting development. Both local and international businesses have their origins from Grenland. At Evidi, local presence is important and the establishment in the Grenland area is part of Evidi's local commitment in larger parts of the country.
