Establishes leading Microsoft partner

The founders, management, and employees of eSeven AS and Pilaro AS (the Companies) merge with Credo Partners to establish Aimbot, a new growth platform for Microsoft-focused IT services companies. All founders and managers, as well as most shareholder employees, will continue the ownership of the new platform, where Credo Partners will represent approximately 60% of the ownership.

The management of the companies will continue in their roles, and Gudmund Killi will take over as chairman of the board of directors of the parent company. Founders and management team bring in Credo Partners (Credo) to realize a forward-looking development plan that includes organic and acquisition-driven growth. In addition, the management teams and Credo have jointly identified areas related to operations with potential for improvement through collaboration across the companies.

The companies are experiencing record acquisition of customers. They are now looking forward to joining forces for the value creation program and to getting started working together to further develop the companies' value proposition to customers and a common position as a leading and innovative player in the market.
