Evidi and Amesto Aces have entered into partnerships to enhance the quality and diversity of IT consultants in the market, with a particular focus on Microsoft technology. The collaboration aims to address the shortage of IT expertise in the industry, while strengthening and diversifying the IT industry through a shared commitment to quality, competence development and inclusion. Through joint efforts and shared values, they aim to promote a sustainable and diverse IT industry. The goal is not only to fill the current skills gap, but also to strengthen the industry for the future.

About Amesto Aces

Amesto Aces is an initiative in close cooperation with Salesforce and Microsoft, which offers young people between the ages of 18-30, who are outside the workplace the opportunity to become certified IT resources. The participants receive tailor-made learning courses in software development and at the same time gain practical work experience during the course of the course. Each ace has been through a thorough recruitment and selection process prior to the training course.

The people behind Amesto Aces are Ahmed Hassan, Liban Khader Salad and Abukar Hassan. They have several years of experience from the social entrepreneur "Ideal Security AS", which works with the prevention of exclusion. They won the award as Social Entrepreneur of the Year in 2022 under the auspices of Ferd at NHO's annual conference. The company is currently an intrapreneur in the Amesto Group and the initiator of the collaboration is Ariane Spandow, owner and chairman of the board of Spabogruppen. The operational operations are led by Ahmed, Liban and Abukar with support from the CEO of Amesto People, Kjetil Ellestad.
