August 2022. A whole year since Evidi became one, and we haven't looked back ever since!

A year after the launch of one Evidi, we were all gathered for a grand event in Oslo. As we celebrated each other and our one-year anniversary, we took the opportunity to reflect on who we were, the journey we have completed, our current position – and not least – our future strategy.

The Employee promise - The place to grow

During the celebration, a series of panel debates were organised, during which the promises were thoroughly discussed. These debates allowed us to delve deeper into what each pledge represents and how they are embraced in our company. 

The employee promise has given us a platform where commitment and expertise are cultivated. We are proud problem solvers who value diversity and foster curiosity. During the panel discussion, it became clear that our dedication to safety, growth and leadership development has resulted in a remarkably low turnover of employees and a successful recruitment process. During a challenging time in the market, Evidi has grown organically by 20%, with an equally distributed gender distribution. This is testament to a unique community, a strong commitment and a genuine will to grow and thrive together at Evidi. 

The debate was not only an opportunity to celebrate our achievements, but also to reflect on the path we have taken and the future ahead of us.  

The Customer Promise - Rigged to seize opportunities

At a time when the market is under pressure and development is slowing down many, we have stood firm on our customer promise and commitment to tailoring solutions that not only help our customers identify, but also realize opportunities. This was evident in the panel, and in particular, examples of critical solutions we have delivered that have had a significant impact on customers' businesses during difficult times were highlighted. 

Behind the success is our skilled employees, who are the cornerstone of fulfilling the customer promise. Their competence, curiosity and teamwork are crucial for us to deliver tailor-made solutions that really make a difference for our customers. We know that success in projects is not just about technology per se, but about the interaction between people, business processes and technology. 

This promise will continue to be a driving force as we move towards the future and continue to shape the industry with our dedication to exceptional solutions and collaboration. 

The social promise - We work for sustainable development

The promise of society and the responsibility we have was also a central point in the panel debates, and something we are very concerned about. Our commitment to sustainable development and implementation of our ESG strategy were cited as examples of our active role in positively impacting the industry and society. Evidi supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals and focuses on four key goals for our business: decent work and economic growth, reducing inequality, halting climate change and promoting cooperation to achieve these goals. 

Our tech experts are aware of their responsibilities when developing new services and products and collaborating with customers. We prioritise innovative solutions that take people, society and sustainability into account. This commitment is at the heart of our vision and our commitment to positive change. We are convinced that our best contribution to ensuring sustainable development in the industry is by making active choices in the value chain and by choosing partnership and cooperation with high ambitions. 

The owner promise - The strength lies in the unity

Since Evidi's inception, after five specialized Microsoft consultancies merged, our culture of curiosity and collaboration has shaped our identity. This identity has blossomed into a success story, which includes expansion to both Denmark and India through acquisitions of companies with the same values and ambitions. It is a journey that has been driven by our dedication to being reliable advisors to our clients and our belief in the power of the whole. 

The discussions in the panel underlined this and the importance of the interaction in our cooperation. We share knowledge, experiences and resources to create collective success that goes beyond individual goals. Our focus on unity and partnerships builds a future where forces come together to achieve outstanding results. 

We are proud that 50% of Evidi is owned by the employees, in partnership with Credo Partners, as an active owner and shareholder, and our unique ownership structure characterizes the entire company. It demonstrates our commitment to delivering quality and creating a sustainable future, driven by a shared vision and commitment to our employees and partners. A year of determined effort is behind us – a year in which we have rigged ourselves to seize opportunities and anchor our strategy. Now we are ready to tackle the future with new energy.
